“Architectural Driftlines” is a large contemporary abstract painting created with acrylic on canvas, 100 x 140 cm, delivered rolled in a tube.

In this original abstract painting, I explored structure and movement through layered texture, intersecting planes, and bold vertical and horizontal gestures. I built the composition gradually with palette knife work, creating depth through thick textured acrylic, dry brush effects, and expressive surface marks.

The color palette is sophisticated and timeless: warm taupe, earthy brown, soft beige, layered greys, deep charcoal, and refined gold accents that catch the light. The gold details are not decorative—they create energy and rhythm, giving this neutral abstract painting a luxurious contemporary presence.
