Inspired by Wanda Orme's beautiful book Volcano Songs, which contains a selection of poems and images printed on pearlescent paper. This piece draws on the soft tones that accompany a warm sunny morning, bringing a gentle heat to the fore.
Made by blending oil paint and bar with my fingers, it was a messy and rewarding process.
This piece is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It will be carefully wrapped in tissue and foam board and shipped in a cardboard box within 5 working days.
