The sculpture belongs to the series Sea Life, #315.
It seams that several different animals are melted together in this sculpture. Due to the special black alder burl wood, the surface reminds you on a sea shell. But you can also find adumbrations for a snail or even fishtails.
A small but very filigree sculpture, made of a quite hard wood.
As you can see on the photos, you will get very interesting effects if you place the artwork on a mirror.
Please note when ordering that my place of residence is in Germany and that taxes or customs fees may be charged depending on the destination country. I cannot calculate this in advance.
