Amber Lovers, Fused Glass Portrait (2026) Original Sculpture by Oksana Saladino

30.48 x 30.48cm

£1,248.51

Amber Lovers is an original fused glass wall artwork from my Lovers Series.

The piece is created with three shades of amber glass, cut and arranged by hand to form two abstract faces within one geometric composition. The artwork is made using a contour fuse technique, which keeps the linework and structure visible while giving the glass a smooth, dimensional surface.

Amber Lovers is the warmest piece in the series, following Green Lovers and Blue Lovers. The amber palette gives the artwork a rich, intimate character while keeping the same clean graphic structure and paired portrait composition.

This 12 x 12 inch artwork combines portrait, abstraction, geometric composition, and glass craftsmanship. As part of the kiln-forming process, small air bubbles and surface variations are present in the glass. These are natural characteristics of fused glass and make each piece unique.

Materials used:

Fused glass, kiln-formed glass
