This diptych titled "Aletheia" — meaning "truth" in ancient Greek — captures the profound duality of human existence through two contrasting panels. On the left, "Melpomene", the muse of tragedy, reflects the anguish, chaos, and psychological turmoil ignited by the outbreak of war in Ukraine. The dark palette and somber imagery symbolize despair and vulnerability.

On the right, "Eirene", the goddess of peace, offers a radiant counterbalance, embodying hope, renewal, and inner calm amidst turmoil. The mirrored composition — featuring the same child clutching a fragile white rabbit — highlights how perspective and external circumstances shape our lived reality.
