Sunlit bushes and golden-leaved trees frame a rugged garden path of overgrown stepping stones, leading toward a house aglow in the warmth of late afternoon light. Weathered wooden fence posts guide the viewer’s eye from the lower left, drawing them gently into the scene’s tranquil ascent.

Materials used in creating this artwork: Professional quality oil paint on 12"x16" Oil-Primed Extra-Fine Linen on ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panel. ACM panel consists of two strong sheets of aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core. The panel is coated on one side with a white polyester coil coating and a mill (polished aluminum) finish on the other side. ACM art panels offer a superior support for painting and mounting because ACM panels are virtually unaffected by environmental changes, such as relative humidity (RH) and temperature.

The oil painting surface is protected with a coat of Gamvar varnish. It is unframed and will require a frame to hang on the wall. It can easily slot into a standard 12"x16" frame.
