Abstract textured acrylic painting on canvas 100x50x2 cm (39,4 x 19,7x0,8 inches). Mixed Media on gallery wrapped canvas. The work is ready to hang. No framing required. The sides of the work are painted.
The artwork is signed, dated and titled. Original artwork with signed Certificate of Authenticity.
My artworks are a result of years of studying spiritual books written by Eckhart Tolle.
This painting is an attempt to stay present, to observe my thoughts and to slow them down. Sometimes I stay present, sometimes thoughts overtake me. Nevertheless, it always works better to concentrate on nature and not lose myself in the world of thoughts.
Style: My technique shows some influence from abstract expressionism and modern art. I use original mixed media in which undiluted acrylic paint, ink, gel medium and structure paste are applied to the canvas.
I like to paint impasto abstract paintings and use spatulas, tubes for writing and usual fruit knives to build three-dimensional flowers and surfaces in my artworks.
