Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

I have seen many photographs whereby the photographer has used an infra red film to achieve a dramatic silvery monochrome finish. I think a similar effect can be achieved with graphite pencil and this drawing is a good example. The long, tall shape of this piece means it can be the perfect art work to fill an awkward space beside a door or a piece of furniture. Measuring 11 x 22 inches and created with graphite pencils on Stonehenge paper, this beautiful African landscape drawing depicting an elephant under tall trees will be presented double mounted and framed in an antiqued speckled silver frame to a total size of 30.5 x 19 inches, ready to hang.
