The power of the ocean in a storm!

I began this piece by painting the canvas gold. I then decided to add thick texture and before I knew it I was creating wild waves on a stormy ocean. The art is full of different techniques and effects and creates a perfect dramatic piece.

This box canvas has been painted black on the edges to echo the drama in the art. It is signed on the side also.

Strung ready for hanging.
