- Abandoned Bridge, Pittenweem
Original artwork description
I have always been fascinated by abandoned railway lines and their associated architecture. I like to walk along them and imagine what they were like when they were still in use. I like the way nature gradually takes them over. I also imagine them coming back to life one day, as functioning railway lines.
Oil paint on prepared board. The board has a subframe on the back which mens it can be hung from the wall without a frame. I will probably be framing the painting in due course and if so, I will update this information.
Materials used:
Oil paint on board
Details:
- Oil painting on Panel / Board / MDF
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 81.5 x 40.5 x 2.5cm (unframed)
- Ready to hang
- Signed on the front
- Style: Impressionistic
- Subject: Landscapes, sea and sky
