"A Seed Falls Anyway" came to life on a bright morning when the studio was flooded with that pure, uncompromising sunny yellow. I let the colour sweep across the canvas like sunlight pouring onto open ground. The sky gives its light freely; the earth receives it, glowing but never becoming the source itself.
Then the bold, dark gesture arrived – earthy, horizontal, full of forward motion – followed by that single vivid pink mark, dropping into place as if the sky had whispered one clear word.
What inspired me was the everyday miracle of inspiration: how light arrives whether we’re ready or not, how one small spark can land right in the middle of our busy lives and suddenly shift everything.
