In creating this painting, I placed the sculptural figure at the center of a garden filled with blooming flowers and soft natural light. Rather than focusing on precise realism, I aimed to convey a poetic atmosphere through color, light, and rhythm. The slightly lowered posture of the figure suggests contemplation and quiet introspection. By combining impasto brushwork and palette-knife textures, I built rich layers in the foliage and flowers, allowing the garden to feel vibrant and alive while the figure remains calm and timeless within it.
