Original artwork description
This artwork is an emotional depiction of the future and as such is a portrait of the future. I have given the future some form, for there will great things in the future as well as sad and devastating things. I only hope my portrait possesses one thing, hope. This work is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.
This work is painted with synthetic polymer acrylic and the surface is a professional-grade 12 oz canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is ready to be stretched onto an HD stretcher with dimensions 185 cm width by 260 cm in height. The canvas is much bigger so the sides will also be painted after stretching. This work is sold UNSTRETCHED and shipping in a TUBE and will need stretching when it arrives.
