Original artwork description
This painting was inspired by the quiet moment when nature slowly settles down as the light of the day begins to fade. The still water reflects the silhouettes of trees and the evening sky, creating a sense of calmness, as if time itself has momentarily stopped.
The soft orange-pink light glowing across the clouds is one of the most important elements of the painting. It was the part that impressed the artist the most, as it conveys warmth, gentleness, and a comforting atmosphere. The evening light gradually melts into the colors of the sky and softly reflects upon the water, creating a peaceful mood that invites the viewer to pause, breathe, and simply enjoy the silence of nature.
The loose and expressive brushstrokes were intentionally used to capture the emotion and freshness of that fleeting moment rather than focusing on perfect detail.
