A Moment of Reflection (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Samantha Malone

"A Moment of Reflection" is a large-scale abstract painting centerd around the suggestion of a seated figure, captured in a quiet moment. Sweeping curves, organic shapes and smaller details come together to create a composition that feels both still and gently alive.

Painted in a rich palette of deep orange, mustard, brown, Prussian blue, green, cream and soft neutral tones, the work is built through layered brushwork and subtle texture.

The painting was inspired by those rare moments when everything slows down and the mind is given space to wander.
