This painting is called A Joyful Home Two it’s acrylic paint on a cradled wooden panel.

It is made by building up layer after layer of paint, richness, texture, colour and pattern. It is a unique one of a kind painting, but part of a small collection inspired by the joy of home, happy memories, threads through time… It’s bold and bright, but also has a complexity and depth. I wanted this painting to feel like an object with a history. It has pencil and gold paint details.

This wood panel was hand prepared with light coats of primer and then finished with coats of satin UV varnish and wax to protect the painting and create a lustrous surface. This painting is ready to hang as is, or for you to frame depending on preference.
