This painting is about Poppies in mass. The colours are different shades of red contrasting with the black markings inside the flower. Nature in all its glory. I love this as it appeals to my designer side. It is such an inspiration to me as I paint these flowers and it makes me feel happy painting these colourful flowers. This painting is painted in oils and acrylics and the sides are painted on the deep edge canvas and is ready to hang.

Materials used:

oil and acrylic on block canvas
