Drift of Daisies came from a longing for lightness—a soft, simple moment where everything feels calm and full of quiet life. The daisies felt like little messengers of joy as I painted them—uncomplicated, open, and full of gentle presence. I placed them in a periwinkle vase, something about that color always feels like a sigh of peace to me.

The swirling blue cloth almost painted itself—it gave the whole piece this floating feeling, like a breeze had just passed through. And then there’s the tiny bee, quietly landing on one of the petals… such a small detail, but it made the scene feel alive. Like this was a captured moment in a much bigger, unseen world.
