Original artwork description
This work celebrates the richness of cloudscapes. It seems to be that the more we release our attachment to worldly riches, the sharper the world's natural riches come into focus. Skyscapes have always been used in art and for good reason. Every day we are gifted with the most magnificent scenes and these are not to be taken for granted. Noticing them is, indeed, profoundly enriching.
The title comes from a spiritual shift in the artist towards a more detached outlook on riches and also references the musical composition by Alexandre Desplat.
