A man adrift in the stratosphere, plucked from a bewildered society. The painting promotes a message of peace, of escapism and of the solace found on a formidable landscape.
In the night sky, joining the journey, shine Venus and Mars. Both equally perplexed perhaps by the happenings on their nearest neighbour.
Time permitting, this study will be the basis for a larger painting.
