Original artwork description:

Those who saw the epic tales of the first space journeys, the Apollo missions and the first moon landing as a child in the 1960s, can remember how they were experienced with a passion and enthusiasm that are difficult to describe today. We really thought we were very close to the beginning of a new era, that the doors of the cosmos were about to open wide and that our future would be crossed by flaming interstellar rockets. New mysterious worlds populated by evil aliens, mysterious creatures and terrifying monsters awaited us.
FIVE MINUTES TO MARS tries to tell this: the magical and suspended moment that precedes the discovery of new worlds, new ideas, new characters; where everything is possible, and the only limit is the ability to imagine the fantastic and represent it.
The artwork is painted with acrylic colors and colored pencils on a 1cm thick wooden panel. The work is framed in a golden wooden frame, ready to hang.
