Original artwork description
Over a thousand hand bonded map dots assembled in a mathematical geometric composition. Vintage map, charts and atlases seleced and hand bonded onto birch wood then laser cut into 1000's of dots. The dots are then assembled by colour and fixed in this geometric composition combining them with gold leaf.
Comprising of 1024 map dots.
I make each one of these to order so each is unique.
The piece comes ready framed in a black box frame with a museum-quality UV perspex glaze to protect the artwork from fade.
52cm x 52cm Framed in black

Comes boxed in a custom-made box with protective corners for safe shipping worldwide.
