    Toni Swiffen is a Norfolk-based painter whose work blends representational subjects with an impressionistic sensibility. Her paintings are characterised by expressive brushwork, rich textures and a deep attention to the effects of light, revealing the quiet beauty within everyday scenes. Working almost exclusively in oils, she embraces the medium for its versatility and the subtlety of mark-making it allows.

    Her paintings are held in private collections across several countries. In 2025, Toni was a finalist in the SAA Artists of the Year competition, and her work has been featured in The Artist and Leisure Painter magazines.
