Svetlana Koval (Gunchenko) – Ukrainian artist, painter.
She was born in 1978 in Kiev. In 1989-1993 she studied at the Zhytomyr Children's Art School and graduated with honors (Director and Lecturer: National Artist V.N. Shkurinsky). She graduated from T.G.Shevchenko Republican Art School in 1997, the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in 2003. She is a participant of national and international art exhibitions.
She studied in the workshop of the national artist of Ukraine, professor V.I.Gurin.
In 2006 she completed probation assistance in the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, in the workshop of the national artist of Ukraine, professor V.I.Gurin.

She works in the field of easel painting.
