About Suren Ter-Avakian
Biography
Suren was born in Tashkent, USSR. He graduated from the Benkov Art School in Tashkent. For over 15 years, he worked as a lead designer at the Design Bureau of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
In 1989, he published the first comic book in the history of the USSR. One of his books, “The Madness of Metamorphosis,” is available on Amazon and iTunes.
His oil and acrylic paintings have been exhibited many times in exhibition halls and art galleries in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Armenia.
Most of his works are original paintings in the styles of Post-impressionism, Synthetism, Cloisonism, and Abstraction.
