An original still life painting of a light yellow hollyhock. The arrival of hollyhocks in the Cotswolds is always anticipated as the plants can grow to stunning heights. Every season, the colours of the flowers may be different as well, and they have such varied tonalities that I can't help but try to capture them in oil.
Unframed size - 18 cm (H) x 13cm (W) x 1cm (D) / (approx 7 x 5 inches).
Additional information: This original artwork was painted on Board using high-quality Michael Harding oil paints and finished with Gamvar gloss varnish. It has been signed on the front, and on the back are the title, date and a list of materials.
Paintings are shipped via express courier (next-day Royal Mail for UK orders or UPS/FedEx for international orders), securely packaged, and fully insured in case of any eventualities.
