This series of portraits is of people who surely remind us of someone or suggest situations we've already seen or experienced. She seems bored, lacking ideas, unenthusiastic about what's next. We can imagine where she comes from, what causes her apathy, who hasn't felt that way at some point? Sometimes words are unnecessary; something as simple as a gesture can tell so many stories, have so many accomplices, and hide as many secrets as we can imagine. Flat, striking colors enhance this clear and direct message.
