Abstract expressionist monoprint that could also be seen as an abstracted portrait composition. Strong, expressive composition either way.
I've used Charbonell oil-based etching inks on 300gsm Rives BFK cotton-fibre paper. The image is hand pulled with a japanese bamboo baren which is my preffered tool for registering prints.
The work comes mounted in a quality composite Canson passepartout, ready for framing (external dimension 50x70)
