Whitstable is an artistic harbour town on the North Kent coast. I love to visit, being attracted by the harbour and boats, but also by the small independent shops cafes and pubs.
The Oyster fisheries are another draw, and this oil painting shows the beach to the left, with the Oyster fisheries buildings to the right.
