I have kept an original description of the Czech source photo as the title. It most likely means: “to teach choir in Rajec (the town in Czech Republic). Why have I chosen this woman from a group photo from 1932? Perhaps because of her intense gaze, somewhat unraveled collar and perfect Marcel Wave. Or perhaps she chose me.


My practice mediates between photography and painting. Female narratives develop while the time is being recycled over.
