The artist's work is almost like a diary in which any viewer can see themselves reflected. After the summer, memories flood back upon returning to work in the studio. And there are images that remain etched in their memory. A simple image, but one that speaks volumes. Feet, with toenails painted for this time of year, and in the background an almost impertinent blue sky that invites you to take a dip in the seawater.
The people around you don't count, they are forgotten in this image of the conjunction between the person, the beach and the vacation.
