Artist's description:

This is the third piece in my series, The Seasons, all 12" x 24" and framed alike. Winter is the Wissahickon Bridge, Summer is the Tinicum Marsh, and now, Spring is personified by this flowering dogwood with an almost stained glass effect around its trunk.. We had two in our pink and one white. The white one was extraordinary in it beauty each year with its gnarled flowing branches covered in blooms. Then one year a bad late Winterstorm split the had to come down, but luckily, I had pictures and memories of it that still remind me of Spring. I have not framed it yet, but will for an additional $50.00 in a black floating frame that will make the painting POP.
My painting for Fall is underway and should be available by June 2018. As a quartet they will be stunning but can be bought alone, too.

Materials used:

Canvas on wooden stretchers, Acrylic paint, Ink, and gell medium varnish
