A full moon overt the island in front of our cottage in Maine is always a delight. The partial cloud cover allowed for stippling of the light on the water. When a cloudless night the light is as bright as day and the stars are magnificent. You just can't loose when there is a full moon. But, in my head I hear Judy Collins singing, The Moon's a Harsh Mistress.
See her as she flies
Golden sails across the sky
Close enough to touch
But careful if you try
Though she looks as warm as gold
The moon's a harsh mistress
The moon can be so cold
This moon is close enough to touch at 10" x 10", it is small but powerful. Painted on all sides for convenience in hanging.
