The water lilies seem to glow in the evening light; new flowers bobbing as they emerge before blooming. Tonight the lake water is dark and muddy beneath its still surface and yet it reflects the colors of grasses growing through the water and sky that surround the grouping of water lilies. This 16" x 12" painting shows the peace in my soul and my love of nature. Now it framed in a simple, subtle gray frame that sets it off nicely. It is ready for my solo show in April 2021.
