Original artwork description:

I was always under the impression that any good creation or special talent must be appreciated irrespective of the traits like race, gender or social background of the creator. But very recently I came to know it's not so, and art world is no exception. I have also noticed so much recognition is given to the art created by the black artists, and they are breaking auction records too in 2020. This could be only after the black unrest and movement that happened in the middle of 2020 or maybe I came to know about it this year only. But one thing I felt for sure was that the recognition given to black artists and their art is the silver lining to the black lives matter movement.

I felt compelled to create this artwork—not just as a reflection of the tragedy that unfolded in May 2020 in the USA, but as a testament to the hope that emerged in its wake. Silver Lining became my inspiration, guiding me to transform sorrow into something meaningful and uplifting.
