Coming from the murkiest water but growing into the purest thing, the lotus flower is an important symbol of the natural order in the culture of Buddhism. It is known as the Flower of Life and is considered one of the most sacred plants in the world.

In the various life forms of Seed-Bud-Flower-Seedpod-Seed of the lotus plant, each form's fading away is for the chance of the next one. Life is short but every stage has its unique beauty and glory. So does human life. Aging and death is inevitable, cherish whatever the season brings us, remember the time of blooming and wilting, we comprise and anticipate new hopes and surprises in our lives.
