Ce tableau est ancien. À l'époque je faisais poser mes amies dans ma salle de bain. La teinte de la pièce est dans les bleus. Le contraste entre l'ocre du corps et le fond est saisissant. Le tableau est peint de manière aérienne avec des touches visibles qui se rapprochent d'une ambiance impressionniste. La pose est simple. Ce qui accentue la présence de la personne. J'ai aimé peindre la matière du lavabo, des serviettes, du tapis. Tout le côté intime d'une sallede bain.

This is an old painting. At the time, I had my friends pose for me in my bathroom. The colour of the room is blue. The contrast between the ochre of the body and the background is striking. The painting is airy, with visible touches that are reminiscent of Impressionism. The pose is simple. This accentuates the presence of the person. I liked painting the material of the washbasin, the towels and the carpet. All the intimacy of a bathroom.
