Original artwork description:

This is an oil I painted from life from wooden kitchen utensils I have at home. I placed them in a Moroccan glazed bowl overlapping each other. They remind me of the ‘pick up sticks’ game where you must try not to disturb a pile of fallen sticks as you carefully pick them up one by one. Painted during lockdown when I had more time to be creative and paint rather than printmaking which is my main pursuit.
This painting is ready to hang and I think it would look great in your kitchen!

Materials used:

Oil paint, canvas, paint brushes
