In this work, I sought to convey the harmony of strength and vulnerability in the human body. The model is depicted in a tense yet natural pose: one hand raised to her neck, the other covering her lower abdomen. These gestures combine restraint and openness, inner concentration and slight embarrassment. The light highlights the definition of the muscles, making the skin vibrant, warm, and iridescent. The cap lends particular expressiveness—a modern detail that combines the classic tradition of academic nudes with an element of the everyday. For me, this painting is an attempt to capture the beauty of the human body in all its naturalness, to show not only physical strength but also the subtlety of its emotional state.
