From my solo exhibit this past March entitled The Gilded Poppy...
This exclusive collection was inspired by my fascination with the Himalayan Blue Poppy flower. The first time I laid eyes on the breathtakingly beautiful bloom was in March 2015, at Longwood Gardens. I have been obsessed ever since, and credit this flower for my love of painting abstracted, blue florals. They truly are the most unforgettable of blooms.
11×14 in size, and painted on the finest cotton paper in acrylic paint and mixed media. Varnished with an archival satin finish, and ready to hang in an elegant 16”x20” gold, plexiglass frame complete with hardware. Signed, numbered and dated on the back. A certificate of authenticity is also included.
