Picture ‘manifestation’

This work of mine explores the versatility of reality.
I deliberately “analyze” the usual realistic image to show its components. Realism is an illusion of perfection.

The naive style, as an invasion of subjective, personal perception, childish sincerity, emotional memory of the object. It is like an inner voice that is superimposed on the outer picture.

Black and white fragments are a reference to the past, to photography, to memory. They work as an archival picture built into colorful modernity. The still life becomes not just an image of objects here and now, but a reflection on their history, their “life” until this moment.

Thus, the picture becomes a meeting place for different times and states of consciousness.
