Original artwork description
A very new compositional approach in this work for me - I've unbound from a lot of structural limitations and let the language of abstraction express its own meanings. The search was to combine variety of shapes and colours into a coherent composition without loosing any of its vitality and vibrance. I'm happy with the result and see it as an opening into a whole new area of visual serach.
The work is a one off, unique monotype, hand pulled onto a 220g/sm Fabriano Rosaspina paper. Signed on the front, bottom right.
