Honeyburst Blooms is my love letter to golden light and wildflower chaos. Inspired by the luminous energy of Van Gogh’s landscapes, this piece hums with movement and saturated colour. A field of irises, sunflowers, and wild roses stretches across the canvas, blooming in every direction with unapologetic joy. I wanted the scene to feel alive, full of texture, light, and that syrupy stillness you get on a warm afternoon when everything glows. The flowers burst with vibrant pinks, purples, yellows, and splashes of orange, singing against a buttery yellow sky. Thick brushstrokes and expressive marks bring a sense of rhythm, like a breeze just moved through. It’s both wild and warm, a place that doesn’t really exist but feels like it should. A landscape dipped in honey and sunshine.
