I painted this large oil on canvas in my studio, following a visit to Venice where I painted and sketched every day.
It shows the view in the late afternoon from the Arsenale, towards Santa Maria de la Salute in the distance.
This is a large statement piece which would look magnificent in a large interior.
It measures approximately. 20” high x 27” wide, (ref: 1670) it doesn’t require a frame as it is painted on a deep edge canvas.
It comes with a certificate of authenticity.
