This artwork was presented at my personal exhibition in the National Natural History Museum of Ukraine in Kyiv in 2024.
The artwork is totally hand-drawn watercolour, ink and pencils enthomology illustration executed on a Fabriano 100% cotton paper, one of a kind.
Papilio ophidicephalus, the emperor swallowtail, is a butterfly of the family Papilionidae. It is found in Sub-Saharan Africa.
