Artwork Description:
I find a silent power in sitting and being towered over by a monumental rock landscape. Captured at the Hurricane Cliffs Recreation Area in Utah in 2025, this image depicts the vast red-rock scenery that Utah is best known for. In the rocks, you can literally see history—thousands of years of soil buildup compressed into layers upon layers, with the tops of the bluffs carved by the wind. The photo needs no color, as its strength lies in its sheer size and stature. This remains one of my favorite pieces to date.
On a technical note, all of my prints come with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. My prints are meant to be viewed large, and thus I only print larger formats. I believe that framing is a very individual preference and must be adapted to the space, which is why I sell prints only. I personally also love to see my images in their new homes, so please send me a photo of them hung if you wish! Other larger sizes available on request.
Materials used:
308g Hahnemühle Photorag Giclée paper
Note: This paper is to be handled delicately, and attempts should be made to avoid touching or rubbing the images on the front-printed side.
