We spent last Easter long weekend in the countryside over the blue mountains. We booked the accommodation really late and there were not much choices left. But I am so grateful we found this little treasure by accident. We had the most gorgeous sunset and the most beautiful morning. Love the horses and cattle grazing on the undulating slopes dotted with wildflowers. And the owner has a very cute dog called Boo because of the pattern on his back. It’s so lovely to enjoy the morning tea on the veranda watching Boo basking in the morning sun and trying to have a conversation with the calf passing by. So beautiful, everything is picture perfect.
