This white rooster blends with his surroundings but for a few short bursts of color. I have painted him very loosely, using wet-in-wet technique.I love this style of painting, where swirling pools of color merge and mingle, creating a dream like atmosphere.A a bit of texture in the feathers was achieved using salt.
