As I Am, Once Again unfolded on the canvas as a return — a circling back to self, to presence, to what feels unshakably true. I worked in bold sweeps of black, white, gold, and soft violet, letting each gesture find its place between movement and stillness. The layering of tones creates both contrast and harmony, holding a rhythm that feels familiar yet renewed.

This piece belongs to my Of & Being series, where each painting is a meditation on presence, memory, and the ever-shifting landscapes within us. In this work, the brushstrokes carry both weight and lightness, a reminder that we can arrive back to ourselves over and over again — different each time, yet somehow whole.
