This beautiful piece is mixed media on recycled/reclaimed wood. Due to the wood being salvaged it may not be totally square and have notches or chipped areas which adds to the charm of the piece. It has been painted and then sealed with a very high gloss varnish for a beautiful shine that just brings out the beautiful colors even more. I just can't capture the beautiful glossy finish in these pictures. The sides and back have been painted black.
